The help centre does not say whether the 3 days apply to each phase or to the evaluation as a whole. A day counts only with at least 0.5% profit; accounts bought before 20 August need 5.
A day counts when at least one trade stays open for 60 seconds or more. Days need not be consecutive, and a no-minimum-days add-on is sold at checkout.

Termination for inactivity is at FTMO's discretion under the FTMO Challenge Terms (clause 13.2.3). The same clause covers holding a loss of 8% to 10% for more than 30 days.

A profitable day needs net closed profit of at least 0.25% of account size. The model page lists this with the hard-breach rules and as a reward condition.
A profitable day needs closed profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance. The page's general specification list also says level 1 has no minimum days.
Answers are generated from the verified values in the table, so they always match it. Each counts only programmes with that rule verified.
