Our evaluation process operates entirely in a simulated trading environment. We offer three challenge types: One Phase Challenge: Complete a single evaluation phase with 10% target profit, 4% daily drawdown limit, 8% maximum drawdown (static), 5 minimum trading days, and unlimited time to complete. Two Phase Challenge: Phase 1: 8% target profit, 5% daily drawdown, 10% maximum drawdown (static), 5 minimum trading days, unlimited time Phase 2: 5% target profit, 5% daily drawdown, 10% maximum drawdown, 3 minimum trading days, unlimited time Funded Account (Instant): Bypass evaluation phases and start with a funded account featuring 3% daily drawdown, 10% maximum drawdown (trailing).

Loss limits vary by challenge type and carry through to your funded account. One Phase Challenge (and when funded): • Daily drawdown: 4% • Maximum drawdown: 8% (static) Two Phase Challenge (and when funded): • Daily drawdown: 5% • Maximum drawdown: 10% (static) Instant Funded Account: • Daily drawdown: 3% • Maximum drawdown: 10% (trailing, locks at 96% threshold) Static vs Trailing: • Static — calculated from your starting balance and never changes • Trailing — follows your highest equity in real time until it reaches the threshold, then locks in place Example (Trailing on a $100,000 Instant Funded account): Trailing drawdown is 10%, so your initial limit is $90,000. If your equity rises to $110,000, the limit moves up to $99,000 (10% below the new high). However, the 96% threshold means the limit can never rise above $96,000. Once it hits $96,000, it locks there permanently — even if your equity keeps climbing. Breaching either the daily or maximum drawdown limit results in evaluation failure or funded account termination.

Your first payout is eligible after 14 days, then weekly thereafter based on your funded account performance. To be eligible for a simulated payout: Minimum Requirements: • Complete the minimum trading days (5 days by default, unless configured otherwise) • Maintain positive simulated profit • Comply with all challenge rules and risk limits • Meet the minimum payout amount ($100 for most challenges, unless specified otherwise) • Adhere to the consistency rule if applicable (no single trading day can represent more than 15% of total profit) Profit Split: You receive between 80‑90% of simulated profits, depending on your challenge configuration (default 80% unless otherwise specified). An increase to 90% may be granted to traders who demonstrate consistent profitability and is applied at the discretion of the risk team on an ad‑hoc basis, following an account review with the trader. As Pipster is a new prop‑trading firm currently operating in a beta launch phase, simulated payout amounts for new funded accounts purchased in the first three months after launch are capped at 12% of the starting account balance. This cap is in place to ensure we can support withdrawal requests for all eligible users in a fair and sustainable manner.
